3. Veggie Loaf with Vegan Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Corn and Sweet Cherry Pie
4. Jambalaya made with Tofurkey Sausage (which is the BOMB), a side of Corn Bread and Peach Cobbler
5. Lentils and Mashed Potatoes (scrumptious!) and Strawberry/Rhubarb Pie
